"When I was in my undergrad there were not a lot of mental heal resources. During my second year I felt like I was spiralling and couldn't feel grounded. One day decided to try a yoga class at a studio up the street and I never felt more at peace than in that 1 hour. I was hooked.”
Rochelle Miller

"In my late teens I experienced high levels of trauma in a variety of ways, very much affecting my mental well being I started practice as a way to reduce anxiety and depression. Through the practice learning more about how trauma affects the body and brain, I began to take more seriously the practice of self realization as a way to find a solace from a deep sorrow and suffering.”
