Meet Rochelle Miller

Rochelle has over 6 years experience as an instructor. She is known for her work with trauma informed yoga. Her teaching style is strong, accessible and fun, 

"In my late teens I experienced high levels of trauma in a variety of ways, very much affecting my mental well being I started practice as a way to reduce anxiety and depression. Through the practice learning more about how trauma affects the body and brain, I began to take more seriously the practice of self realization as a way to find a solace from a deep sorrow and suffering."

Rochelle explores movements for all levels, that can be challenging but fun. Her approach is light hearted giving people the free space to explore and experience their body fully through the practice. In her classes it is not about perfection, or creating a shape with your body - rather finding yourselves within different forms and enjoying the journey. She works on building proficiency, not perfection; with the understanding that practice brings confidence, strength and endurance.
